You can only change your order before it is shipped by contacting our service desk on 087 808 2382. Once your order is shipped you will need to take receipt of the package and then request cancellation. You can cancel your order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that an exchange is not the same as a cancellation or a return resulting from damaged product.
